Tim Thompson is the Owner and Principal Broker for Tim Thompson Premier REALTORS.  He has vast Real Estate Experience and has been a Realtor since 1991. He has consistently been ranked as one of the Top 20 Realtors in Middle TN and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Specializing in Large Farm Acquisition, Land and Lot Sales, Residential, Estate and Historical Property Sales throughout Middle Tennessee predominately in Williamson County. A Williamson County Resident since 1972 , he resides on the Family farm in the Trinity community. Married in 1981 to his wife, Jennifer, they are the parents of two children, Tess and Brent. A graduate of Franklin High School, he has been a long time coach of Area Youth, Middle and High School Sports.

George is a Liscensed Broker and has been a Realtor for over 25 years. Having lived in Williamson County and been a Member at Grassland Baptist Church for over 38 years, he enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers of all Ages. Coming from a large family, he grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia and is the father of three sons, David, Duane and Tim, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He served our Country in the Army in the Korean Conflict. Having long time Sales Experience in both the Real Estate and Business Worlds, diverse experience is his trademark.

As a native resident of Williamson County, Dale brings over 17 years of experience to the Thompson team.  Prior to becoming a Licensed Realtor, Dale entered the real estate industry in 1999 as a Licensed Contractor, building quality custom homes throughout Williamson and Maury counties.  This experience, combined with his passion for building relationships with his customers is the catalyst for Dale’s unique ability to match the needs of each individual or family to the perfect home.  Driven by the desire to deliver quality in both the home and home-buying experience, Dales’s attention to detail serves his customers well.  Dale enjoys the variety of outdoor experiences Tennessee has to offer while spending this spare time with his wife and family.

Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Tess offers a unique perspective to all that Williamson County has to offer. She is a third-generation realtor, keeping tradition alive by following in the footsteps of her father, Tim, and grandfather, George. Tess is a graduate of the University of Tennessee- Knoxville, where she earned her degree in Legal Studies and was also a Cheerleader. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. She also likes to be active in the community, volunteering with the Junior Achievement organization, United Way and coaching a Williamson County high school’s competition cheerleading squad. Bringing a fresh outlook, technical savvy, legal expertise and enthusiasm to her buyer and sellers, Tess specializes in Residential, Condo, Estate and Historical property sales.
