Kris and the Marks family have been investing in real estate in Middle Tennessee for the past several years. Kris has firsthand knowledge of residential sales and custom building in the Franklin and Nashville markets. Whether selling, buying, or building a new home, Kris’s clients put their trust in her because of her deep-rooted personal values, artistry, and market knowledge. Kris studied marketing at Colorado State University and University of Washington. Kris and her husband, Alex, have three children and live on a small farm in Franklin.
